About me
I am a Tribal member of the Navajo Nation. I have been working with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for about three years. I am part of the Tribal Relations Unit, which promotes Tribal Sovereignty-affirming practices and builds partnerships with Tribes and Native communities to improve the health outcomes in Colorado. In my current position, I am the Tribal health data specialist. My work at CDPHE is integral to providing data access and availability to Tribes and Native Communities in Colorado. I earned a master of science degree at Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions. My previous experience includes working with Tribal WIC, community engagement, and education.
