Born and raised in Benin, a beautiful country in West Africa, Houefa is proud to now call Fort Morgan home and to serve this vibrant community in many ways. She has worked with local organizations as a Community Organizer and, most recently, as the Health Equity Manager for the Northeast Colorado Health Department. As a committed community leader, Houefa is deeply dedicated to advancing health equity and creating opportunities for all; work that continues in her current role as Housing Program Manager at United Way, where she focus on housing stability, equitable access, and addressing the complex challenges of homelessness in my region.
