Our guiding principal has always been the importance of community. It starts with our Minnesota heritage as an early creator of electronic health records (EHR). Technology for community health organizations served as the foundation for this. It can also be found in both our extensive network of community health professionals and our collective body of public health knowledge. We believe in connecting the knowledge and best practices of more than 130 public health organizations in the Midwest and elsewhere. We believe in this so much it's even our name; Community Health Agency Management Software (CHAMP).
